DETAIL
We discussed the above
application at our recent committee meeting and I have been
asked to make the following representations:
1. We support this change of use and see it a positive
contribution to the street scene and will compliment the
Enhancement Works.
2. We would ask that the "Signage" is very carefully considered
along with the building front design. This is a key building in
the High Street, central to the Enhancement Works area and as
such should reflect the importance of it's formal listing and
it's location in the heart of the conservation area. This will
also cover the external lighting.
Thank you for considering our views.
Yours sincerely,
Chairman
Baldock Society
