About Us
The Baldock Society was formed in the 1970's,
following the loss of the Baldock Urban District Council and the
establishment of North Hertfordshire District Council.
Our main objectives are to:
- Encourage high standards of planning and
architecture;
- Promote the preservation and protection of the
local historical environment;
- Stimulate interest in issues that affect the
town.
